You Don`t? Unortunately, I don`t either. But nevertheless, I enjoyed installing our software in the sunny Spain.

"Multilingual" doesn`t only mean that the programs can be executed in the respective designated language. You can work with your personally preferred language even without being considerate of others, who aren`t able to speak this language. CoTrIS also supports all special signs of the respective language (Unicode) even the cyrillic alphabet. Of course, different language options of the clients can be handled by the server at the same time, too.

As far as we are concerned, the extent of Multilingualism doesn´t stop here. Language profiles for drivers, businesses and customers make it possible to send and receive messages in the language that is preferred by the sender/addressee even without actually knowing the language themselves.

Momentarily there are 8 different languages in the CoTrIS software. Further user-defined translations can be added rapidly by our operators. This is made possible by our integrated language editor or by any translation agency.

The automobile gazette reports that the positive mood of German logistics industry for transport seems to have changed lately.

An article ("transport industry struggled with increasing charges"), dealing with this problematic, says that the so far positive mood of the German logistics industry for transport seems to have changed lately.

There is a conjunction barometer of the BGL (Bundesverband Güterkraftverkehr Logistik und Entsorgung), a German federal association for transporting goods, logistics and waste removal, which comes out quarterly. For the third quarter it is predicting that 79% of the polled businesses have had problems with strong cost increases. 88% of the respondents (previous quarter: 76%) had to see themselves confronted with increased fuel charges. 66% (previous quarter: 56%) had to cope with raised vehicle expenses and 38% (previous year: 44%) with higher personnel costs.

In addition to that it is accordingly assumed that these prospects of the polled businesses will be still increasing during the first term of 2008. These polled businesses are doomsayers.

When using CoTrIS you are able to counter cost increases. The mapping of business processes within the system helps you to analyse costs and to show possible potentials of their reduction. Due to the representation of the relevant data in real time the quality becomes elevated and the workflow optimised. 

Unfortunately, we can't counter the constantly increasing fuel costs after all, but we are able to keep them as low as possible. This is possible because of our option to search for the cheapest petrol station on the measured road and then to show them on display. The differences are huge (until 0,30 Euro) which is noticeable on the first bill when having filled the tank with 400 Litres, for example.
